Topher's Intro
Hey guys.
My name is Topher.
Here is just a bullet list of random facts that you guys can take in...
If it is too much, it's understandable. Read a bullet a day, don't hurt yourself!
-I am currently a freshman in college studying Biochemistry and Mathematics. I am thinking about doing medical research or maybe even being a professor or both...I would be perfectly happy with any of the above.
-I'd like to think of myself as a health nut. Or at least I pretend like I know what's good for you and what's not.
-I am pretty sarcastic.
-I really hate small places with a lot of people.
-I am very particular about everything. I oftentimes make work harder on myself or others because of this.
-I am one of the best designated drivers around.
-I am gay.
-I think screaming at the TV while watching football is the most annoying thing anyone can do.
-Lasagna is the best food. Period.
-I love thriller movies. Best genre by far!
Ummm, yeah.
I decided to join this site because I have always have had an interest in both my dreams and other people's dreams. And lucid dreaming sounds like a nice little "de-stresser" I could try out.
If you have any other questions just ask...see you on the forums! :)

Hi and welcome! Have you had any LD's before? How's your recall? If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here or in a PM. People are friendly and would love to help you out.
Keep on dreaming!

I'm right there with you on the screaming at the TV during sporting games. I'll be out at a bar or a party having an awesome conversation with someone, when suddenly everyone starts screaming uncontrollably right in my god damn face. It is the most rude and aggravating thing I can imagine.

Hey guys! Thanks for the welcoming!
I would say that I have only had 2-3 dreams that I have actually had COMPLETE control over and remained asleep. But usually what happens is sometimes when I realize that I am dreaming it usually leads to me waking up. I can remember several times where I can feel myself in my sheets and I KNOW I am in my bed, but when I close my eyes I am still going through my dream. I dunno if you know what I am talking about or not, but it is almost like my eyelids are the movie screen and I am trying desperately to stay asleep because I want to finish my dream.
But yeah- as far as my recall? Ummm- well I would say that on most days I have at least ONE dream I remember when I wake up in the morning. However, as the day goes on I usually forget about them. Unless there was a specific event or whatever that has traumatized me. Haha.
And I am sorry if recall is a term meaning something else...I am just going on based what I think it means. Haha...
