Does a busier life affect the quality of lucidity?

Here's an interesting question that I have been thinking about.

If one gets busier in their daily life, would their lucidity or dream control be affected? Would they have less control from being so distracted with other matters? Or does it matter? What are your experiences? I'm interested in any replies.

I think everyone will agree that stress can kill your dreams. I don't, however, think a busy life necessarily means a stressful life. I've had some of my best dreams during times when I was getting very little sleep, and had absolutely no free time. A hectic sleep schedule can screw around with your dreams, giving you amazing rebound dreams, lucid naps, ect. Also, a racing mind can lead to some crazy chaotic dream sequences, and even spontaneous lucidity if you just can't stop the thought train as you're falling asleep.

I dont personally think a busier life would change your ability to LD, as long as you are still getting regular sleep and are not completely stressed out all the time as was said above...
