Hey, my name's Chris and I'm 15 years old. I've been interested in lucid dreaming since I was about 14, but never have immersed myself that much. Inception, which was an epic movie by the way, really got me excited about lucid dreaming. Hopefully I'll be able to control my dreams and understand them so more. Hi Chris and welcome to Dreamviews! I was fifteen when I first got into lucid dreaming too (now I'm almost 17 and I still love doing it).

If you haven't yet, start up a dream journal and record anything you can remember from the night before, even if it's only small bits of dreams at first. Recall's an important part of lucid dreaming. If you have any questions about the site or lucid dreaming in general, feel free to ask.
