lucid dream to sleep paraysis

my last Ld, i went to sp, after worrying/thinking about it. Is it possible to get into sp every time you think about it in a LD? It's kinda cool b/c when everything was fading black and i fell into sp my awareness skyrocketed. I then fell into a very real FA after the loud noises

. Maybe going into sp from a LD, back to a LD, can increase your clarity and vividness?? IDK. i am not experienced

Well yea, I do think thats possible.. all you are doing is changing your awareness from nonphysical to physical and when it becomes Physical, it would make complete sense that you would be in SP... I do this often.
