      Feeling Dizzy or "Drunk"

      Hey,
I'm a "newbie" to the site but have apparently been having lucid dreams for quite some time now. However, within this state, I get a feeling of being "drunk" or dizzy and when physically waking up am left with feeling "hungover". Has anyone else experienced this or have an idea why its occuring? It started about a year ago and has recently been occuring at least 3x a week. I'm unable to control this feeling yet am completely aware that it is a dream and unreal. My main worries are coming out of this with severe headaches, or stumbling as if I partied hard the night before.

Sort of. I don't feel dizzy so much as if I can't move right and sometimes I have no balance whatsoever, but this is really rare. I think the cause, for me, is sleep paralysis. When I feel like this I sometimes wake up with a strange feeling, sort of like a headache, but it goes away quickly and isn;t even that bad. It feels more like my brain has been overactive thinking extremely hard more than a headache. This happened just this morning in fact. Usually I feel really good after a LD. Maybe this is something completely different.
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

I read your DJ entry today, but I forgot to comment. I've had headache type feelings after LDs, but not consistently enough to couple it. Also during LD's I've had the hazy...wavy stuff happen, but I chalked that up to lack of control/just entering the dream.

If you feel crappy in the morning, go to a doctor. You may be pregnant. Dreams will have zero physical effects on you, so it's not your dreams making you feel sickp

Yes maybe that's what it is. If this is what you think it is, it is your mind flexing between 2 completely different worlds. Your mind has to go from running from laser shooting zombies in space to waking up in bed because slept on your arm, and it has to do that in an instant. Its less like dizzy and more like WTH. Being lucid just makes it more of a brain warp because your sure you are in this other dream place and then the next moment you are sure you are not there but you are sure you are in another place. Its like being on a roller-coaster.
