The last few weeks I have been having a weird "sleep disorder"... I am tired and want to sleep... but I can'... around midnight to 1am I get "heat waves" and sweat and after that passes I won't sleep until 3 am when I fall into a semi meditative/dream state... I see images mostly places or houses but all in black and white... until around 4am or 5 am I finally fall asleep and its more like a come than sleep... and wake up 3 or 4 hours later barely rested. also in that period before 3 am all my senses are heightened.
Last night there were less buildings and places but there were some but the most vivid part was a younger man and a woman talking to me very rapidly and I didn't understand a word like they were some very strange language but I seemed to understand it.. not sure if that makes sense.
It isn't just being overtired its really strange and surreal and a bit scary.
Just trying to get some insight here so any help appreciated.

If your not getting enough sleep it is a disorder. Actually some things you say almost sound like a hormone imbalance. Given these two things you should see a doctor and tell them what is going on, probably a simple fix.

Yes. You NEED to see a doctor ASAP. Sleeping disorders aren't something you need in your life. I also suggest going to bed earlier maybe. That might help a little.
