Out Of Body.
Have any other newbies here ever tried to induce an OOB. I have reached the "Numbness" of body feeling, and then seen what looks like the fuzziness of a turned off tv picture (tv static) all around and then an Overwhelming "Wave of Black", surges over my body. Then I have tried "Spiralling up" but unfortunately this is as far as Iv'e been able to get. What happens next. Also, I should have asked, if Lucid Dreams are just that, ie "dreams", where does one draw the line between these an so called "realistic" Out Of Body experiences when a person "sees" his or Her body laying on the bed. I have even been tempted to purchase yet another OOB Hypnotic cd (lol).

Also I read people with heart problems should not attempt this. I have heard it can cause irregular heartbeats, is this true. (I see Scissors cutting a fine silver thread).

im not sure if it was an OBE but i think so... i made a thread about it somewhere.. i think it was in the attaining lucidity forum...actually i tried the suneye method to try to have a lucid dream...but
i tried the OBE method similar to robert monroes (founding that out only later)
first i had like.. phases. of relaxation.. then i focused on my ''third eye'' feeling pulsating and throbbin in my eyes and their nearby...then i saw like .. waves of pulses. bright light pulses going from my eyes and going everywhere in the room... then i accidentally opened my eyes..(panic maybe?)
im not sure if i wanna try it again just because i wanna research more on it first...
could i be able to remember it if i have the worst dream recall possible or does it have anything to do with that?
what exactly can i serve myself by doing it? well of course the first one is just getting the feeling and knowing if i succeed and stuff but well yeah of course im curious if i can ie.go around the world and meet other people on an OBE..
