      Welcome to DreamViews . I never actually herd this before but I think I know whats happening. As soon as you become lucid your subconscious goes blind. When that happends you brain wants to get out of the blindness so it wakes up. I used to have the same problem until I watched this video about curing lucid dream blindness.
