Is this normal?
Well, about 3 times a week, I go to sleep and I start to have a dream, and usually about a few minutes into the dream I start to hear noises/feel vibrations. Im not sure but I think it's sleep paralysis. Is it normal to have sleep paralysis frequently, and during the middle of a dream? I thought it only happens in the very beginning of a dream or at the end.
Also, when I hear the noises/vibrations I wake my self up quickly...mostly because I am afraid of what will happen next. What will happen if I didn't try to wake myself up? Like will I return to the dream lucid, start another dream lucid, or something else? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just confused :?

when you are asleep and dreaming you are in the REM state, which makes you have sleep paralysis. everyone does have sleep paralysis when in REM, like dreaming

Yeah, it could be that the dream is unstable and you are still experiencing the connection to your actual waking body (which will be in SP will you are in REM). You are lucid in these dreams right? If you are not lucid, it is possible that it is just a recurring nightmare/dream. Either situation is normal and you shouldn't worry about it.
