Blurry LD
Hello :)
Last night I've had some kind of a lucid dream.
I was on the meadow with my friend, he told me something (I don't remember what) and than he went to somewhere.I picked some stone and tried to hit some house. And then for some reason I did a nose RC and I could breath. Then my dream became blurry.I didn't know how to get it more vivid and I just wanted to exit.
My question is:What's the best (and easiest) way to stabilize the dream? Because I don't want this happen again.
Thanks :)

Hello, congrats :)
Look at your hands, look at every detail, turn your hands around. Keep looking, focusing. Say 'STABILISE LUCIDITY NOW'.
Then 'INCREASE CLARITY NOW'
then when everything is clearer, say 'ANCHORED IN LUCIDITY'.
Voice commands help a lot. Another trick is to forget your sleepy body by touching things with your dream body, so you focus on it more and thus concentrate on the dream world.
Hope that helps. :3

Do whatever you can to immerse your senses. Feel things, use your muscles, rub your hands, talk, listen, look at the detail of everything. Personally, what worked for me incredibly well to increase vividness was jumping into a pool of water and swimming. The water felt realistic over my body, and my muscles were engaged when I made swimming motions underwater. That might only work really well for me, though.
The only problem with the method of engaging your senses is that, although it works really well while you're doing it, you can't keep rubbing your hands or whatever you choose to do for the entire dream, and the effect seems to go away when you stop.

Yeah just try and use all your senses in a short period of time. Like 30 seconds.

Yeah, these methods do work. Although the best way is to just see it as reality. Don't think "I'm dreaming, I can do anything". Think more along the lines of "This is reality, and I can control everything" or something along those lines. Most people wake up simply because they remind themselves that they're dreaming.

Thanks :)
I've had two blurry lucid dreams, but I didn't know what to do :(
I hope I will get another one soon :)

same, I've had 8 and they've all been rather blurry.
Will get there eventually. Keep forgetting to stop in my tracks and stabilise it xD
