Hi! My names, Sam. Despite my Screen name im a very nice person.. So dont worry. Im just a girl from a small town in Missouri. I came here hoping to find out more about Lucid Dreaming, and maybe find out how to help a friend who has terrible nightmares.

There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here about lucid dreaming
as well as numerous tutorials. Lucid dreaming has been known to help
with nightmares. Knowing your dreaming tends to make it a little less
scary :P, plus you can control it. My name is Wesley, you can call me
Wes or Shadow whatever you like. I am currently attempting WILD. I have
done considerable research on WILD techniques and Sleep Paralysis. If
