      Entering dream WILD

Hi guys I have a few questions about entering a dream.
How long does it usually take to enter a dream and how exactly does it feel like?
And what technique do you use to stay concentrated in Sleep Paralysis? Thanks

It usually takes an hour or two, maybe less if you are experienced. Look up some WILD tutorials, they will explain the rest. You can find them in the WILD subforum, under 'General Lucid Discussion'.

I find it's easier to do it when I'm tired as long as I don't drift off.

      [edit] caffeine for the win.

I totally agree on this one. I usually have half a soda around during a WBTB.

I have 8oz of semi-weak coffee. You know, just enough to keep my brain working but
not enough to cause jitters or anything

It takes me close to 5-10 minutes.

To stay concentrated I move my fingures a bit or say a mantra over and over.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
