Some days ago I had a dream when I saw the same person in two places at the same time, so I did an RC trying to put a finger through the other hand... but it didn't go through! so i continued dreaming normally. When i woke up i was really disappointed :crying:
Should i try other RC or any other suggestions?
PS: My English is not the best, i know :p
Yeah, try a variety of RC's maybe? Looking at your hands and pinching your nose seems to be the most popular around here I think.
Turning off and on lights also works, or reading some text.
Yup, in my dreams RC sometimes fail.
Because of that I do more reality cheks: first I do a nose RC, then I look at my hands, and then I try to put my finger through the other hand.
You should do them more then once. Although the nose pinch usually works first time. Although I've felt that I recognise I'm dreaming before I do an RC, and I just do an RC to make sure.
Thanks for all the responses guys :D A few hours ago I had my first LD (will be posting in the correct section), this time I did the finger through hand and it worked, I also did the nose pinch but I can't remember what happended at all :uhm:
The nose pinch one is a bit weird. You should feel the air sort of curve around your fingers and go into your nose. Pretty hard to explain if you haven't experienced it
