Was I Lucid Dreaming, or just a dream?

So I was going to sleep 23:00
This was my dream,: I woke-up or something in my room or I was already awake.
Then I walked 2m to my door and I realized that I was dreaming then I said... "Ok if I open the door Adriana Lima will stand there and I gonna fuck here" lol.
Then I opened the door but nobody was there..
So I tried it again but still nobody
Then the dream ended I don't know how...

Also had 2 other dreams 1 long, other 5sec.

But the question is.. Was I lucid dreaming and forgot the details about how I become lucid etc..? I have more the feeling it was just another dream that I dreamed to be lucid.

      Thnx!

If you were in a dream, and knew it was a dream, then you were lucid dreaming. That is the only requirement for determining whether it was a lucid dream or not. Remember, you can be lucid without control, and you can have control without being lucid.

      Wow,
Then this was my Lucid Dream

But why if I knew I dreamed why I didn't control the dream?

Knowing and doing are two entirely different things.
If you want Adriana Lima to appear behind that door you need to know she's there, not just say it. Unless, of course, you tell me that if you say "I move my arm" your arm actually moves.

Whats the to do then you think is having no doubts that what you do will work. Since I've had quite a bit of practice now I can easily do a lot of things. You learn to stop thinking and doubting to just instantly knowing. But I obviously still have doubt when it comes to dc's. Example I have a dc that no matter how hard I try always kills me. I can't seem to will him away or ever do anything to him.

Well being lucid doesn't automatically mean you will have complete control. Next time, before you open the door, picture/imagine yourself opening it and seeing her standing there. Then as you open the door, open it slowly and keep imagining her standing behind it. Open slowly so you can see her arm first and slowly open revealing the rest of her. The entire time keep imagining her standing there. It will work if you believe it will work. An easier method is to call her name and walk through the house/around the area calling her name. Its easier to find something than to just produce something out of thin air. Just try them both and it will work. The girl I always looked for was Kate Beckinsale !

But when I have a Lucid Dream with control, you can think like normal?

So example tomorrow I gonna go to China with a plane, and this night I have a lucid dream.
Then in my dream I can think about normal life? Something like tomorrow I go to china or tomorrow I have school?

And then when you wake-up you are really happy because you remember everything and it was so real?

the main differences (for me) in lucid vs no-lucid dreams is that, in a non lucid dream, I only remember the act of dreaming, where in a lucid, everything you do stores as a memory itself.

In lamens terms, you either know you dreamt, or REMEMBER the dream, as if it actually happened.

I never remember dreams as if they actually happened. Even lucids.
It really doesn't work like that, your brain erases your memory of the dreams.

But in a lucid dream I can use my normal brain ?
So when I wake-up the next morning it will be " Wow,,! I controlled everything it feel like it happened real" or " wow a lucid dream but it felt like it was a playing movie, even when I controlled it was just played.. my brain didn't control it"
Or when I wake-up the next day, I forgot half of the Lucid Dream.
And if I lucid dream it we be like the real world? Like no difference?

It depends on your level of lucidity. Some people have reported having dreams more vivid than reality others, not as much.
You're recall will be like any other dream though.

Ok, but in my begin post..
I was in my room false awakening and trying to teleport a hot girl to the other side on the door.
So it was 100% a Lucid Dream.
But maybe I was controlling at that moment with my brain and when I woke-up I forgot the details that I controlled it with my brain so it looked like a played movie / normal dream?

You remember thinking about the dream after you had it. Essentially making a copy of your memory
of the dream before the brain erases it. At least that's what I think. It's really hard to know for sure
what happens as this is a field which science has not been quite able to enlighten yet.

What's weird is that I remember every detail of the ones that I remember from then. That is probably because they were pretty traumatic dreams. >.<

I remember some dreams from a long time ago as well. I also remember moments from when I was like 3 and 5 ( I'm 18 )
and there was nothing significant about these moments. I just remember these 2-second periods here and there.
      Strangeness...

Sometimes I wonder if what I am remembering is actually part of the dream. My recall is not very good, and sometimes I wake up and remember things and I have a hard time with discerning what actually happened in the dream and what details my brain automatically filled in to make the memory make more sense. This happens a lot with dream characters, I start thinking about what they looked like and since I can't always remember exactly what they looked like (unless they were somebody from real life) I end up choosing somebody I have seen in real life who probably looks similar, usually an old coworker or classmate that I saw a lot but did not have much if any social interaction with.

Well, okay - it doesnt work like that.. for you.

My non appear to me as ever other dream does - that I wake only remembering flashes of my dream.

But after MY lucids - I truly remember it as if I did it.

      Sucks for you.. haha.
