I can't find a thread I found earlier...Ive tried to search everywhere but I just cant find it... The one that said drinking soda at night helped lucid dreaming? Ugh Im so sorry for being a noob and asking this, but can someone help me find it? Thanks sooo much
The caffeine in the soda can help you become lucid in dreams. But the sugar and amount of caffeine may be too much, thus keeping you awake.
Increasing you Vitamin B intake is also said to be helpful....and a healthier approach lol. I've been taking sublingual liquid B12 for about 3 months now, every morning and night.... the vividness and production of my dreams has increased tremendously.

Cool! I used to not take my vitamins, but I have recently started taking B complex and D. As I swallow them I say to myself that I am taking Lucid Dream pills and Dream Control pills. :-)
