A few questions
Hi! I have a few questions I am wondering about :)
1. What kind of food would help with the vividness of dreams and help induce lucid dreams?
and also what little things should i look for if i'm doing a WILD when i'm laying still?
2. So i was wondering when you do a WILD you lay down and your body tests you to see if your awake and then some people say that there is a really big feeling right before your body 'goes to sleep' does that involve discomfort like feeling a bit nausius all over? i don't know how to discribe it very well...
3. I felt a wave sensation come over my body and my eyes were moving on there own and my heart was racing. How close was i to lucid?
4. I'm wondering what shared dreams are, how do they happen and how do you get them to happen? also is it normal for a person in your dreams to wake you up several times because there was this one dream about a man and then he showed up but he was in darkness and he kept demanding i get something for him or something in general and i went to sleep and he woke me again(he did this a few times). i wasen't hungry or anything like that. (he aslo interupted another dream i was having and after the few times,i think he quit. the dream continued again.)

I merged all your threads into one and edited it some for you. Don't hesitate to Edit your thread with more text if more questions pop up next time. I hope this doesn't cause you any inconvenience :). Also, to answer your questions:
1. Applejuice is a common supplement. I use it myself and I always dream more and get more vivid dreams when I've taken some. It's got to do with 5-HTP. You can also drink loads of milk. There are many different kinds of foods you can eat that is said to increase dream quality. http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/supple...ository-56235/ is a place you can see the different things.
2. I'm not sure, but you will definitely feel weird sensations. Cramps, spasms, rushing feelings, hot, tingling etc. I haven't heard of naussea before, but I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. Either it's all in your head, or you're just nauseous :)
3. You were getting close. Keep on lying still and ignore the feelings and you'll start seeing images and such.
4. Shared dreams are said to be dreams you share with other dreamers. In the "dreamplane", a world of dreams. The dream you described sounds like an annoying nightmare. It happens that you re-enter the same dream by "mistake" and the dream continues.
If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask here or send a PM.
Good luck and keep on dreaming!
