I Have A Question About My Dreams

Hello there i was wondering if you could help me , I took a nap a little while ago and I had a dream that I was looking for my contact and I was in my living room searching ( I took a nap on my couch in the living room ) for my contacts but the odd thing was, I had perfect vision in the dream so there was no need for them, I could see myself sleeping on the couch and when I llooked outside of my living room window, It was bright and daylight out but when I took a nap It was darkening. After all these things I can remember I still cannot become lucid, no matter what I try. Please tell me someone has some tips or something lol. Oh yeah When I woke up my right arm was numb and i couldnt move it and it was cool lol, I only had some control of my shoulder so i was flopping my arm around and making weird zombie noises XD

I once had my right arm floppy enough when I woke up that I smacked myself in the face. I think it is lingering SP.

Also, logic center in the brain is off when you are asleep. Sometimes you have to do the binary RC's like the Nose Plug. The wiki says multiple RC's each time is better.
