Heyyy
So hey guys ,I've been getting pretty interested in lucid dreaming lately, so here i am haha. I've looked into LDing once before, had maybe 1 or 2 LDs but nothing too cool, but recently ive just been reading random stuff about LDing, even watched the movie "Waking Life" , which is about lucid dreaming, if any of you know it. So I thought I'd give it a second shot, im not really good at it, but thats why im here haha
I dont really have time for stuff like WILD, or anything that involves waking up in the middle of the night(casual lucid dreaming? lol), so im hoping to try and master DILD, lemme know if theres any other way to LD without waking up in the middle of the night btw o.O , oh yeah, my dreams are pretty blurry, so yeah.. if you have any tips on making them more vivid, it would be greatly appreciated :) Basically pretty noobish when it comes to lucid dreaming, but hopefully i learn something while im here
:D

Vividness pretty much comes with practice and keeping a dream journal.
You could do MILD. which does not involve waking up I'n the middle of the night.

Keep a dream journal, it will help with vividness and recall.
RC's in DILD or MILD would be your best bet, however you can do other techniques just before sleeping or with a short nap.

Thanks for the tips guys, i'll try and start a dream journal.. my recall kinda sucks atm.
I actually woke up randomly at 5am today, so i decided to try and WILD, so i try to start "relaxing" to SP.. so 7am, im still trying to relax, not really feeling too relaxed at this point. Annnd once the sunlight started getting in, it was pretty much over, umm first failed attempt i guess. But yeah, thanks again for the tips, i'll look into MILD and keeping a dream journal :)
