1. Do you have to use a headset for this to work?
I didn't use a headset the first time I tried, I got a massive headache...
2. Can you get brain damage from this?
Felt like I just did, haha
3. I would also like a bit of explanation of what this really does. Will this actually help me Lucid Dream? Sorry, this might be in the wrong catagory for this type of thing.

They say isochronic tones don't require headphones. But Binaural Beats do need a headset.
I don't think one can get brain damage. At least I hope not. I have been using a software and creating my own beats, no brain damage yet (I think).
It should (supposedly) put your brain in the right frequency to ho have a Dream or such, and you can use that to get lucid.
So do you mean that a person with right brain frequency can have dreams(or even lucid) easily? Maybe even without effort?
