Frustrating
I've had a few lucid dreams but I can't seem maintain them. The last one I had, I tried to make everything more stable. So as soon as I became lucid I stopped looked at my hands and everything became very VERY clear. So then I decided to fly around. But after a little flying I lost my lucidity and went right back into the dream story. I can only maintain lucidity for a fraction of my dream. So my question is how do I keep it the rest of the time? It gets frustrating cause I only get to TRY become lucid once or twice each night...anyone find ways to practice it more?

I would suggest that you perform a quick RC every few minutes during your lucid dream. This will re-establish/renew your lucidity and allow you to stay lucid as you get used to the whole experience. After you have gotten used to the feeling of being lucid and exploring dreams...it will be easier to stay aware once you have become lucid. Don't get frustrated...just keep practicing and working at it.
