Well Hello
Hello there forum
Just wanted to stop by and say hi as my first time posting on this forum and I just wanted to ask a few things. I became interested in Lucid dreaming about a week ago and ever since have been researching heavily into it. I have started keeping a dream journal next to my bed and have at most recorded 3 dreams in 1 night. I have also been listening to Binatural sounds to apparently improve the likelyhood of becoming lucid in a dream as well as periodically doing reality checks during the day.
I have been trying to the WILD technique and I at least think I've been getting close. I basically put binatural sounds on my ipod, relax, flex freeze, then slowly try to fall into SP. The losest I've gotten is where I feel like im spinning and violently vibrating, but then thats where the problems start. I think I am concentration too hard on the actual lucid-ness and don't let my mind wander enough. Does anyone have a technique that will improve my mind wandering ability and lets me concentrate less on the lucidity and more on wandering thoughts? I feel like if I try to force myself to think elsewhere that I become less likely to achieve what I want to do.
But anywas I look forward to post and reading post on here and improve my dreaming skills. Thanks
