Already have full control of dream :p

Hi! I found this forum cause i already can control my dream compleatly. Like whatever i imagine.. I just find out one night that i have telekinesa in dream and then more and more cool things to do in dream.. even create things or pearsons from nothing in front of me :P... Of course i can controle it only when i know it is a dream. But most of time i dont know i am dreaming :/.. i see some tehnic here on forum to wake up afrer 4.5 to 7 h and fall to sleep focused. I will try that.. If anyone have some other method please tell me.. thx ;)

Yea but they are rare. Cause most time i dont know i am dreaming :p.. I have them maybe onece in month :P
Do you realize that you are dreaming, and you still cant control that dream? Or you dont know that you are dreaming until you wake up?
