Sleep Paralysis!
I have a serious question:
When you enter SP is it normal for the world to start spinning?
Whenever I go to bed, I try my hardest to achieve SP by sitting still. Most of the time I can feel it and hear the auditory hallucinations around me. Its generally relaxing until I get this feeling of spinning (like when you spin in a circle for a while and then stop, the world spins) I never open my eyes during this for fear of scary hallucinations. I find it extremely distracting and cannot fall asleep while it's happening. Usually it will go away after a while and I just fall asleep normally.
Is it normal for this to happen?

Sleep paralysis can bring on so many bizarre hallucinations, I'm not surprised.
I never got a spinning feeling, but I have gotten this feeling of my body twisting & distorting as if I were being pulled into a black hole.

SP can present itself in many different ways. Pain, spasms, sound, sight. If your SP is one which makes your world spin and you don't like it, then don't try to enter SP :P Just let yourself fall asleep normally. Perhaps spinning in real life until your accustomed to the feeling might help? Most feelings we experience is based on how we decide to react to them. If you tell yourself something's scary then it will be. Good luck!

Alright... I think i'll try my hardest to become accustomed to spinning while in SP :)
But if that doesn't work, i guess just constant reality checks will help lol
