Most of us have at some point had dreams that have seemed like a week. But time and lucid dreaming do not neccisariley go hand in hand. Some lucid dreamers have claimed they can perform time diltion.
There are many theories on how this can happen too.
One thing I can say is that when it comes to lucid dreams, once you are in one. If you will that you can then you can and you will.
Basically not believing you can do something is the biggest constraint.
If you believe with enough conviction, can you technically make anything happen in your LD?
Possibly.. belief is paramount.. but it also depends on the level of your lucidity and the strength of your control (both of which normally come with experience).
Welcome to DV. I think everyone's pretty much covered everything I could think of. I'm trying to think of who's worked with time dialation.... maybe Gothlark. I'll have to ask around.

Welcom to our forum. We hope that you enjoy your stay. Most of the time, you can control the time in your LDs so that they last longer.
I read in someone’s post that they made time stand still. That sounds like one of my childhood fantasies where you could go into a bank volt wile everyone just stood their Lol
