Peanut butter
I read a thread about eating peanut butter to improve dream recall and make dreams more vivid. I tried it last night and the night before, the night before it didn't work, but when i tried it last night, i was able to remember 5 small normal dreams!
-
Well it wont JUST be the peanut butter but a lot of threads say it does help and im pretty sure its along the lines of the B vitamins needed to "help" with dream recall.
you will need to use a combination of things to improve drastically over a course of a few nights such as multiple foods in your diet containing B vitamins (6 and 12 are the most significant i think) some people take supplements and also you will need to be extremely relaxed and not pinned down by stress etc
-
also when you wake up dont just get up, lie in bed and think over your dream until you can't possibly remember it, then write it down. every now and then read over your past dreams to help :) you will just forget your dream if you instantly wake up to an alarm and leap out of bed
-
I don't just leap out of bed, i write down my dreams right when i get up and about i write down every detail. But the vitamins is great advice! Ill try it someday. :D

Peanut butter isn't THAT Effective butnit does help. Also banana's help too.
-
It's not peanut butter, it's jelly silly!
-
Well also, if you eat peanut butter with the mental thought of "yesss ive eaten peanut butter i will remember my dreams better" chances are that "may" help too.
-
Couldn't you just slather a bit of peanut butter on the roof of your mouth as you lay down to sleep at night and tell yourself the next time you are walking around and taste peanuts or peanut butter you're dreaming? I've heard of setting alarms and audio signals as well as sleep masks that blink LEDs, has anyone tried taste ques yet?
-
Someone made a post about keeping an almond in your mouth as a cue. No one has seen him since that post.
-
I've seen the mask that blinks LED's that its enough for the light to reach through your eyelids during REM sleep but not enough to wake you, but lets think....when a light flashes through your eyes it flashes red right? because of the blood in your eyelids.
Who in their right minds wants their dream to flash red during lucidity, a nice way to DILD but would P*SS me the hell off
-
Sounds like another Peanut Butter conspiracy to me.
-
The dreaming mask thing sounds good. its called the novadreamer but it's sooo expensive!! its like 300 or 400 dollars, sounds like a waste of money to me, i'd rather pracice for free and have DILDs!

So like I said, put some PB in your mouth, costs less than $5, instead of $500. Then tell me if it worked XD
