Is there a section of the site with a list of challenges/goals or is it a club/group thing or do you just make them up? How come I haven't seen any goals like "Hunt Most Dangerous Game [_]" or "Vivisect Hooker While She Tries to Bargain for Life [_]"?

I think most people just make up their own goals. There's also the task of the month/year thing, which you can find in the Lucid Experiences section. I also saw a group called the Dreamcatcher Club where they create their own tasks to do.
Make up your own tasks and be creative. Thats the fun of it, do whatever you want. Goals give a good challenge and strengthen your lucid ability. There is the task of the month and year like Raphael said which a lot of people like to do and its a lot of fun. There are actualy a couple of clubs that try and complete some prety challenging tasks weakly.
Edit: Ooo and that Most Dangerous Game One sounds like a lot of fun. I'd see if I could survive like in the original story. :cheeky:
