that thread answers your questions about how much to take and the effects of too much. I think you're way under. I'm guessing 150mg is the entire bottle, so each pill is much less than that. If each pill is 150mg, that's a pretty big pill...
I'd suggest you need to drink more water, dehydration effects the colour of your pee. Perhaps you're getting dehydrated overnight.
I don't know why B6 would change the colour like that, maybe its making you sweat more or use more water during the night. when you're sure you're taking the right amount, if its still a really yellow colour then try drinking more water.
if that doesn't seem to work, then i'm not sure what you should do. good luck!
I think the cause of the color is due to your body "cleaning" itself out. It's actually good. I noticed that when I first started working out (after not having done so for a while) I thought I had done something wrong because the next morning my urine was almost brown! But I believe it was due to the vitamins I had suddenly started taking. They were helping to clean out all the toxins that were released into the bloodstream and pushing them through the kidneys. That's what they're for!
Vitamins probably won't hurt you, but too much of anything can be harmful. My pills are 100mg each and one a day (or before bed) is plenty.
Here's a couple other posts of poeple who have been trying it:

150 mg is not big actually....i work out daily (lift weights) and take vitimins...i have a really fast metabolism...maybe thats a factor
The Pharmacy has a lot of information concerning other vitamiins & herbs if you have any questions.
I think because there are so many B vitamins that that is where the confusion arsises.
