Thread: Hey!

Hi all my name is Jamie and im from Devon , UK

Last night i had my first proper lucid dream. I have had 1 previously but i woke up straight away before i could do anything. This happend about a year ago before i new what lucid dreaming was. When i done some research on it all after watching inception lol. I realised what it was and how cool it would be.

I have kept a dream jounal a little bit, but not kept up to date with it, (but i will now)

In my dreams i seem to jump alot and float when i jump, and seem to jump far distances. When i was at work i realised that i do this in my dream alot and thought to myself when this next happens i must be dreaming....

Sooooo........... Last night this happend, i jumped over a road to follow some guy and when i landed on the other side i realised i was dreaming so i walked about 10 yards and said omg im dreaming... Tried to keep calm and things started to fade away so i span round couple times but it didnt help, i looked at my hands and then woke up pretty much instantly.

When i woke my right arm was on my chest and my arm and hand was majorly cramped on my chest i tried to move it but then thought 'no dont move'.... (not that i could move it anyway)

I tried to go asleep, closed my eyes and saw a digital green clocking the numbers were all wierd on it and the numbers started to go all funny. I thought i was going to enter a WILD but then my little girls started crying in the next room and it woke me up more and got me out of it.

I didnt think i could have a proper lucid dream but after last night im going to keep at it and try and have a longer lasting dream.
