Hi!
Im all new in L dreams. I have never expirienced LD, but the thing is that I BELIVE. I belive I can dream lucid. You all seem like really nice people and Im sure youll help me a lot. I was just wondering if there's anyone here who never dreamt lucid before doing any exercises. I mean, what are the odds of me having LD without being born with that gift?

You really don't have to be a natural lucid dreamer. With some practice anyone, i repeat anyone, can dream lucid. If you really want to learn lucid dreaming, I would say the odds are ~99%. Just keep a dream journal and do reality checks and soon you will find yourself having a dream while being aware of it :wink:
Welcome to Dreamviews drakon and from your intro i think you have the motivation and good outlook to be a good LDer. It has been discussed here many times how ability/genetics/practice/skill ect ect all affect ones complete ability to LD. Anyone can LD and some will have natural abilities and some not.
I believe you need to practice and experience many aspects of LD to become a good dreamer.
Simple tasks such as keeping a dream journal, doing reality checks, learning to meditate, practicing induction methods, and generally having self belief which you've got will all add up to a sucessful LD.
It is worth the effort and it is worth the many mornings you wake up without an Ld, or the mornings you slave away writing down your dreams, but who cares the experience is like no other.
It took some people days, weeks, months, some had LD's all the time and never knew they're natural ability. For me it was 9 months, shit happens ey, but i got there.
Keep in touch with this site and look around, you will definetly learn alot.

I have one problem.
Im really sport kinda guy and I do alot of sports. Im also a student. Studying and training combined together make me so tired every day and I sleep very deep. That is why I almost never remember my dreams. Do have any advice for me?

First I want to say that I'm a student who does sports too so you're not alone :D
I think self suggestion might do the trick for you. Basically when you go to sleep you think: "I will have dreams tonight. I will remember my dreams when I wake up" and stuff like that. You have to believe that you will remember your dreams in the morning. Also, when you wake up stay in your bed for a while without moving and spend the time trying to recall your dreams. If you still don't remember anything, decide, when you go to sleep, that you will remember one dream.
I hope this helps. For me this works pretty well.
When you're having trouble remembering anything, I find it very important to keep a dream journal at hand. Even if you only remember an emotion, a character, a color, write it down. Often times if you get something down on paper you'll remember something else along with it. When you get into the habit of recalling your dreams, you'll be more likely to recall more and more each night.
