Hey
I started read about LD for (exactly) 2 weeks ago and since then I've been practise WILD, MILD and WBTB.
My experiences so far by the practise
WILD: The best success so far, I think. Got my body paralyzed and when I started to listen to bianary sounds (or however it's spelled), I felt that my head flipped forward and that I were like flying out from my bed/body and felt some floating feeling. I'm not sure though if I just became dizzy/confused?
I usually always breath and think "1 i'm dreaming, 2 i'm dreaming.." and so on, then after some minutes I feel relaxed (and sometime paralyzed), then I listen to the sound and try to do the "noticing" where I try to passive look into the blackness, which hasn't gone well so far.
MILD: Not 100% sure if I've got this right, but this technique is done with that I notice in a dream, that I'm dreaming? With reality checks for example? Sadly I haven't success yet.
Also it always feels like I'm sort of 3rd part in the scene, how can I reality check by that?
WBTB: Have tried, but eighter I've been too tired and slept again or I've been really awaken and might not tried it much enough.
I'm also interested to start learning what my dreams possible means? I've been writing up all my dreams I've had so far, in the past 2 weeks. Someone knows what this is named? Maybe a link to some guide or so, where I can get started?
I'm also interested in meditation, which was the way I discovered LD and AP/OBE.
Have been trying to sit and meditate a couple of times, but I think I haven't come so far with it. I mostly now just laying in bed and doing those breaths in WILD where I also count and try to not think about all stuffs.
I don't know if that can be counted as meditation, but the only different I see is that I'm laying down instead of sitting.
I also started to read about PUL (Pure unconditioned love) and got some interest to do that.
Well, I would like to learn me much!
And I don't quite know what these chakra and some other words are.
And that mantra for meditation, I have really no word to say. How can I find out?
[EDIT]
Forgot something.
I heard from someone that there's more methods than WILD, MILD and WBTB?
