I hate that :( Be sure to engage with the dream. Touch things, touch your body, rub your hands together, move around the space, ect. You need to convince yourself that this new dream-reality is stable.
yea any other tips would be greatly helop full thank you i wish i had another one tho that way i would try to make it last longer
Stabilization is HUGE in the quality and stability of a lucid dream. If the dream starts to become less clear, flood yourself with sensory information from the dream. I've found that touch is very effective, but focus on your other senses at the same time. Take this slow as well, jumping to action or being too eager or excited is not good. Staying calm is important also, too much excitement will wake you up or cause a FA.
