Hi, I'm Neil and I'm new to lucid dreaming, and have been looking around and found this. I hope I can succesfully attain lucid dreaming perhaps even with the help of the forum.

Check out the tutorial section (linked below) for information on the different induction techniques and other basic information. To start off, you should create a dream journal in order to improve your recall and/or identify dream signs.

Thanks everyone I have done some study prior to coming here but I looked at the controlling one. And I will probably check some more
