Attaining ability to LD.
Quick question, for one I'm a newb so ignore my stupidity for a moment please(:.
Okay...SO Dream Journals, if you post daily on the Dreams you remember, can it help you become Lucid?
Like recalling what happened in your last dream and what you could do diffrently in the dreaming state?
Thanks(:

Dream journals will increase your recall, which in turn will increase your dream awareness, as well as identifying dream signs for you. So the answer is yes, DJs will help you become lucid. Especially if you're attempting DILDs, that's the main tool to help you get there.
Also, reality check throughout the day until it becomes a habit (but be mindful of it, don't just do it as a reflex). It's important to pay attention to detail in waking life, so that you can improve your awareness in dreams.

Thanks!(:....Whats DILDs though? I know LD is Lucid Dream

It's an induction technique, it stands for Dream Initiated Lucid Dream, meaning you gain lucidity while in the dream. Check out the tutorial section (linked below), and read up on WILD, MILD, DEILDs, they're the most commonly used techniques on the site. Find out what works for you.

The main thing that dream journals do is help dream recall. BUT with that said after enough entires you can look back at the dreams and find dream dream signs. And when you learn to recognize them in a dream you can do a reality check and become lucid.
