Problem trying to have lucid dream for 1st time :/ + paralysis

hey guys.. i started today trying to lucid dream

well i sleept then i was in dream and ididnt know that i was dreaming but after some seconds i felt that and i knew i am in dream while dreaming and something big blurry think came up and i woke up

then i felt happy cus i know i was close to have lucid dream ..

now i allways try again and again but there is problem and i dont understand why

i sleep
i dream something then i try to wake up in my dream and control my self or how u guys call it but my Stomach Hurts everytime i try to wake up in my dream
i cant its hurts too much in my dream or in real i dont know then i am still sleeping and if i dont try to move my self in my dream ill just wake up shortly or continue normal dreaming

but i want to lucid dream and see how it is

pls help me :/ i cant sleep now normally

ps: when i tried to lucid dream my 2nd time my stomach hurt cus i was trying to wake up in my dream then i stopped trying and somehow i was seeing pics of myself or something [angry pictures :o]
i dont know is it adrenaline or what is it :/

I assume you usually do have no problems with your stomach/digestion?
It does sound to me like it is your dream body hurting, but not your physical body from how you described it. You could try to first only move your dream hands and caress or massage your stomach area.
As in that area is also a chakra, it could be a blockade you are feeling there - that would also make sense as you mention those pics of yourself angry. You can try while awake to remember or meditate about those pics and figure out if you have some suppressed anger maybe? Or you are suppressing something else, which makes you angry, but you are not aware of it?

In any case, something did get your attention now, so I would try to find out what the message is.
