New to Lucid Dreams
Hi, I just found this site last night, and I read up to "induction technuiqes" then I tried to go to bed.
Well I couldn't go to sleep because I think i was to excited to try (although I have trouble going to sleep) , but when I did go to sleep, I woke up, and I did not remember any of my dreams but I sometimes remember my dreams. I kept thinkining "Rembember the dream" as much as I and still nothing.
So I have only been trying since last night and I just woke up.
So what exactly can I do to recall my dreams better?

The best way to do this is to keep a dream journal beside your bed and immediately write in it when you wake up. You will be amazed at how writing helps you remember details.
You have to do it before you get up though. After 10 minutes, you will have forgotten almost all of it :(
Welcome on board, please let us know how we can help you! :D

I actualy keep a dream journal under my pillow :)
But what happened was right when I awoke I completely forgot. :( (or well it seemed like I didn't dream, I don't even remember remembering it :-P )
I'm glad this forums seems realy freindly :D

Thanks! We try to be friendly :sunflower:
Oh, didn't know that you already had a journal  Have you tried to lay there with your eyes closed for a few seconds and remember all you can?
Also, there are some nights you just won't remember any dreams because your REM cycle ended when it did. You might try setting your alarm clock for 5 minutes befor your normal wakeup time and see if you can interrupt a dream in progress. I know the ones I remember best are the ones that were broken by something.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try that and see if I will remember.

Welcome to the forum! We hope that you enjoy your stay. If you have a hard time remembering LDs word for word, try drawing them! :D
