what happened?
hi dreamers, newbie here ^^
last saturday i had the most extreme closed eye visuals, and some bizarre hallucinations too.. drug induced, ill just say im at the stage of life in wich im ''experimenting''.
anyway.. the things i saw with my eyes closed made me really interested in the things the brain can create, since i have never seen such beautiful things.. like otherworldly.
after some reading about CEV's i stumbled upon lucid dreaming, and this got me obsessed the past few days.. i have tried everything to induce them.
now i am a VERY sturdy sleeper.. waking up is one of the most hardest things to do for me.. it has been like this ever since i was young. but when i tried inducing a LD the first time after reading about it, i woke up in the middle of the night.. same goes for last night.
now i havent woken up before the alarm in about 3 years.
did i have a lucid dream, and did i just not recall it?
keep in mind my dream recall has been at about 5% because i simply didnt care, now last night i could remember almost a whole dream (a regular one).. but not the one before i woke up.
(both times i woke up after about 5 hours of sleep)

Chances are something in your environment is happening around the time each night and it is waking you up. I don't think you are waking up from a lucid dream.

no, thats what im trying to say, its almost impossible for something like sound to wake me up.. my alarm wakes my dad.. who wakes me up by shaking me and yelling at me. (i have hyper somnia and im an extremely deep sleeper)
and suddenly, after a very very long time i woke up by myself.. not even tired (normally it takes hours to fully wake up) two times in a row.. both times i was very focused on lucid dreaming before going to sleep, and im doing reality checks about every hour.
im just asking if its possible.
