Sleeping disorder?
For the past few days, which I have been reading, trying, doing stuff about lucid dreaming. I have been having a hard time getting to sleep, and I have found myself waking up about 3 times each night, often closely after I first fall to sleep. Normally I can just jump to bed, and I'll fall asleep within a minute, while my mind is totally clear of thoughts, seems like I have developed a sleeping disorder or something. What could be the reason for this?

it may just be the excitment of lucid dreaming. I wouldn't worry, I doubt it's any kind of disorder. you might want to try meditation (or something) to relax yourself before sleep? I wouldn't worry about it.
also what you eat or drink before bed can effect your sleep, so maybe recently if you've been having something maybe with alot of caffine in it (or something like that) it can have a restless effect on you.

Seems weird, it has never been a problem for me before. No matter what I have eaten or been drinking hav n ever affected my sleep. I usually just fall right asleep. Now i've been feeling as well that I have to move my legs around a lot in bed before I feel comfortable.

I still wouldn't worry about, unless maybe the problem persists for a long time. just try meditating or doing something to relax yourself before you go to bed, and don't worry about unless it's something that is having a negative effect on your life...it seems to me like all it is, is waking up a few times during the night? everyone wakes up several times during the night, though most of the time they don't remember it. it's perfectly normal.
