Hello, my name is Frank, username DaFunk. I really do not remember how I found this site, but it looks really helpful and i hope I can start a consistant dream journal on here, my schedule has restricted me from keeping one for a while, but I think this'll help out alot.

I have a question. If you are trying to use binaural beats to aid in lucid dreaming, than how faster would the process of attaining lucidity be?
Yes Typing a dream journal is faster. I can do them in about 10 minutes before class.

From what I have heard binaural beats aren't that effective, most say its a waste time. The best lucid dreaming aids are vitamins and supplementsQuote:
