Hi i'm a noob but I found a simple way to remember to do reality checks throughout the day. Whenever you see a circle do a reality check. Or you could make it something like when ever you see something green do a reality check,etc. The point is it's helpful it's like a dream sign. It's helped me to remember to do reality checks alot.:goodidea:

It helps two ways I guess, if something becomes a big part of your daily routine (the circles, green, etc.) these will convey in your dreams and you may automatically do a dream check when you see a circle in your dream. Great idea, I will make sure to remember this one. :D
