Hello there!
Another new guy, this site sure seems to get alot;
Anyways, I started lucid dreaming 2 years ago and managed to achieve in those 2 years, have achieved a whopping zero lucid dreams, yes zero :cheeky:.
I found this site a few weeks ago and thought it was very helpful in my quest of lucidity.
Milding never seems to work for me, so i started just a few days ago Wilding, and have managed to reach the stage where you hear sounds and feel vibrations, no further.
well thats it.. yeah :D

Welcome to DV!
When you WILD, do you do it when going to sleep, or do you WBTB?
It is extremely hard getting past the stage you describe if you do it when going to sleep.
It is waaaaay easier if you do it during a WBTB.
Anyways, if you experience HH, you're close, keep trying!
Good luck! :)

When you get into SP, make your thoughts passive. Sp= the stage where you hear things. Anyways, don't totally concentrate on the hallucinations, just observe them.
Also, if a method doesn't work for you in one week. That doesn't mean you should give up, just stick with it and it will come to you. Lucid Dreaming takes patience so don't get discouraged if a method is not working. It just takes time.
So don't give up, and in SP just observe your hallucinations, don't focus on them.

Yeha I WBTB, I normally go to sleep at Midnight and get up at around 6, stay up for 40/60 minutes then WILD, is that good time stretch ?

Yeah, sounds good.
The best time to do this is different for everyone though.
You can try experimenting with getting up earlier,
Personally, the last few times I had a successful WILD, I had about 5 hours of sleep.
