Thought I'd say hi, I've been lurking for many months. About time I tried to contribute :)

Always been interested in lucidity- having only accidentally become lucid when a child, but experienced sleep paralysis more than once. Look forward to being more active on the forum :)

There's boatloads of good information in the tutorial section, read through that first. If you still have questions, then you do a quick search of the forums, since you your questions have probably been answered already in an earlier thread.
