First step, some advices are welcomed
Hi, i have tried to get in Sleep Paralysis about 20 times and i want to know if i did something wrong or maybe i need to continue, so i will describe it :
I lay on bed and dont move my body at all, i try to relax as much as i can, at the begining i let my mind to fly free :lol:, after some time i am trying to focus my atention on my breath, in this stage i maximum achived like 1 hour. On some attemps i fell asleep, on others nothing happen and on some i reach a momment when i feel my body strange or some vibrations, when i reach this momment i think that i am so close to sleep paralysis and i am so happy that is breaking my concentration and i wake up :(, on many of this stage i can't relax my eyes, they start moving by themselves...
