Can someone tell me what a laptop siginifies?
I had a dream that I was leaving school, and found that someone had taken my laptop out of my back pack and replaced it with an old scanner.

I read that having something stolen means that you feel that you have been taken advantage of, but I'm lost about the computer and scanner.

Dream interpretation is a tricky business as it's not based on science really. Some might say dreaming of birds is a sign of luck, but I would just say it's a coincidence or rather from something you've seen/heard/thought of during the day. How I interpret your dream is: You're afraid someone's going to steal something from you. Might be you have something new you don't want stolen, or that you just don't want anything to be stolen in general.

well I received my delivery today. I had ordered some ceramic drums from an online auction site. When I received them I found that one of them had been crushed (mainly because they were packed half-assed...no good). I called the place to let them know how disappointed I was, considering that they were not replaceable. All I got were lame excuses and half my money back. Yes I was taken advantage of.

Also, I'm a musician living in Detroit. I'm constantly worried about my equipment being stolen.
