My name is Josh and I found this website yesterday. It seems pretty cool and I am amazed at the dream knowledge here. I have had some pretty awesome and quite moving dreams and I always wondered about them. I hope to learn some things here and share my own experiences.

I'd suggest having a look at the Wiki, which contains some useful tutorials and all kinds of information relating to lucid dreaming. There's quite a few different LD-induction methods, including DILD (dream induced lucid dream), WILD (wake induced lucid dream), and MILD (mnemonic induced lucid dream). Each has their own ups and downs, so you can decide which one(s) is best for you.
