I thought it was BS until two nights ago!
So two nights ago it happened. Within the prior week, I had heard about lucid dreaming twice, which I suppose allowed my subconscious to... idk?
So, this is the dream report from two nights ago. Last night it didnt work, and now I'm looking to be active and, Im like very interested in this. I hope to meet up with a local group. Here is the first lucid dream report.

I thought lucid dreaming was all bullshit, until last night.
In my dream, I was at staying at someone elses apartment, but they weren't there, so I was in charge of it etc.. I had a friend over and I think we were playing old school NES, heh, or something like that. But then, like 12 people showed up, and I felt too bad after they came all this way to tell them to leave. Then, it got to the point where a really intimidating asshole showed up, and I wasn't sure if I could win in a fight, etc.. Anyway, all the scenerios went through my mind, I even contemplated calling the cops just to make it easy, but, I wasn't exactly sure how to handle it.
I never got the chance to decide though, because all of a sudden like the neighbors house patio kind of connected to the one we were in, and, this girl stabbed this guy in the throat with two pencils and I watched all his fluid leak out, lmao. In my dream I was quite disturbed about it, I think crying because it was pretty gruesome, but now I called the cops, so everything would work out.
When I called the cops, the dispatcher told me, well why are you staying in there, why dont you get the fuck out of there, who cares about the apartment more than your life?
I realized that made sense, and got the heck out of there! Yay, safety.
When the cop showed up, I ended up talking to them quite happily about what happened, I guess because I felt safe now.
I started bragging about all the people that showed up, LMAO, including that huge dude that was a crazy asshole.
This is the part when I realized I was dreaming IN MY F*ng dream!
I told the cop that the big dude was a celebrity.
Then, I realized, what? That's bullshit, wait, this must be a dream! I'm telling you, that is how it went.
After this, cars started driving chaotically around me, and one did a huge donut in the grass in the next door yard that further affirmed it for me.
Then I realized okay, this dream responds to my emotions, I need to calm down. So I did, and things calmed down, however, I took one of the cars for further affirmation, trying to speed it up and slam on its breaks repeatedly etc..
That didn't exactly work perfectly honestly. It seems I didnt have complete control, but, I know I was doing so because I had big plans in the dream, I wanted to explore and I guess experience the things you can only do in a dream!
Then, I demonstrated some control, and I told a person in a window to jump down on the roof and come to me, BUT THEN, a part of my mind really protested, and started coming at me in a different person.
I pushed back, and honestly it looked like I was pushing back, a huge force in that person, like they weren't really a person at all.
It was like I was pushing back my superego. Anyway, after I realized that, I backed off and calmed down and let the superego approach.
Then I woke up.
Wtf.... I didn't think lucid dreaming existed.
At first I was thinking of all the things that I wanted to experience like flying etc..
However, I later realized I could use this to experiment with life, and maybe heal some past hurts that are affecting my personality.
Maybe I can apologize to some people in my dreams, or even i dont know, go into my own head to see what is going on in there.
*shrugs.
This is very cool, and I really never thought it possible. I don't know if its a major fluke or what. My fiancee actually told me she had one last week! I didn't even consider it being true, lol, wow... and I saw this post a couple days ago actually, which prompted me to look up the definition of lucid dreaming. I didn't actually read through the comments yet, but, wow.. and now I've read most of them.
