Hello :)
Came across this website when my friend reminded me of lucid dreaming. I've known about it before and I found it to be really frightening (after watching Inception lol), but I've come back after reading about all the interesting things you can do while lucid. I'm also a big fan of dreams and sleeping lol. Lately my dream recall has been almost 0% because I've been partying a lot (which means drugs and alcohol), but I can still remember the most realest dream I've ever had when I was 8 years old (I'm 18 now). It felt so real and in first person (which never happens in my dreams) that I woke up, which I think is when I noticed I was dreaming. There are other dreams that I remember detail by detail but I've never kept a dream journal so the memories have faded over time.
Anyways, I have a LOT of questions, hopefully I can find most of the answers throughout the forum :) I also attempted to go lucid last night, i was teetering between the dream world and my reality.. plus i had a really itchy itch. I eventually failed because i lost conscious and fell asleep :/ haha.

Hey welcome to dreamviews man:) You're definaitely gonna want to start a dream journal, its absolutely essential. If you were going back and fourth last night you may be pretty good at the WILD technique.http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/yoshis...chnique-82529/ Here is a WILD guide you may find helpful. Like Shock said feel free to ask questions:D

Welcome to dreamviews!
The first step is recall, so again, like hashmash said, you're going to want to keep a dream journal... and stay off the drugs and alcohol if you want to remember anything haha.
