Hi
Hi, i'm happy to be here and hope to have a lucid dream soon:). I have known what a lucid dream is in about one year, but i never succeed to have one:(. I have been close to it many times but i always fail. I do not know what it depends on but every time i understand that i'm in a dream i wake up or the dream disappear. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do:?. So i hope i can get help to have my first lucid dream:)
I'm from Sweden and are not that good in English, so have indulgence with my spelling and grammar.;)

Enneb, welcome to DV :).
When it comes down to it, lucid dreaming requires three things; confidence, effort and patience. You first need to be Confident in your ability to lucid dream. Don't tell yourself you can't do it, because you can. If you put in the Effort. Unless you're naturally good at lucid dreaming, you need to want to lucid dream, and you need to try to. Some people don't lucid dream straight away. It can take from one day to over a year to have your first lucid dream, depending on the person, but you need to have Patience.
