Self Hypnosis (?)

Self hypnosis sounds interesting. Any way to do self hypnosis without actually having to use an external source (Person, machine, etc.)?

Ya I've heard of people putting themselves in trances but those two things are different maybe you should just look up self induced trance on google and try to find something. Or search here for trance threads.
