Hello everyone I have just discovered this web site. I have finished reading though all the tutorials and I have realized I have had some lucid dreams already! Although I did not know how to control them at the time, I knew I was dreaming.
I am 13 years old and live in USA.
Anyway, this seems like a great fourm community, the only problem I might have is too much stress and not enough sleep.

I used to have the same problem as you, too much stress and not enough sleep. One thing I recommend is exercise; a few others are scented bubble baths, nice dinners, and some good books. That's up to you, however.
Feel free to check out all the on-topic forums, such as Attaining Lucidity and the Tutorials; as well as Dream Experiences, and Dream Journals -- the latter really helps sharpen dream rememberance and the recognizing of dream signs. And it's easy and free of charge to keep a Dream Journal here. Just check out icedawg's patented instructions on using one first.

Eh, I'm not sure how many guys are in to scented bubble baths, but whatever floats your boat :P I know what you mean, though, Passage. It's finals week here at school and I just finished writing my last two papers of the semester last night at 3:30am. One thing I've found that helps with stress is just to make time for yourself. Sometimes I've just got to close the book or put down the pencil and just stop.Quote:
