Well, it depends on if the individual is willing to go the distance usually. Most have reached at least level 1, I would say. In the higher degrees, you can control the LD, perhaps Dream Share w/another high level LDer, or maybe even look into your past or future. If you really want more information, PM me! :D
Well, last night was certainly a good start. Everyone has to start somewhere right.
Great job! You will likely become a professional in no time. Although some of us naturally develop a high level of LDing, there are those who use other methods to do this!!Quote:

Here's the way I rate lucidity:
Semi-lucid: Controlling your dream without realizing that you are in fact dreaming. For example, thinking, "If I were dreaming I would do this" and make it happen.
Low-level Lucidity: Aware you are dreaming, but it doesn't feel very realistic and you have little or no control. You are often still just watching the dream.
Medium-level Lucidity: Aware you are dreaming and have control over the dream to do some/most of what you want. The dream feels like reality.
High-level Lucidity: Aware you are dreaming, but the dream feels "more real" than reality. You have great control and are able to do whatever you want.
At least that's how I define the various levels of lucidity.

Well, On reflection it was probably a Medium. I don't care though as I am now in Luv with "Spinning". (Kind of Instant Escapism). Would be Great to do this in "Real Life".
